Sp0m (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming platform serving Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between sp0m and its users. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or playing any game, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Sp0m reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the Platform and the revision date will be updated. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

To register an account on sp0m, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for more than 6 months) may be subject to an administrative fee.

Sp0m offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and we encourage you to read and understand them before accepting any offer.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously.
• Bonuses are only valid on the games specified in the promotion details.

Sp0m supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (Five Hundred Taka).
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500 (Five Hundred Taka).
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically within 12–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Deposited funds not used in any game within 72 hours may be returned.
• Sp0m reserves the right to place a hold on payments pending investigation of any unusual or suspicious transactions.

All games on sp0m are powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), guaranteeing completely fair and unbiased results. No game outcome can be manipulated or influenced in any way.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bets placed in that round may be cancelled and refunded.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, sp0m's server logs will be treated as the definitive record.
• Sp0m is not liable for any game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection.
• Maximum bet limits may apply to certain games — these will be specified in each game's guidelines.

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a safe and fair environment on sp0m:

• Attempting to exploit the bonus system for dishonest gain (Bonus Abuse).
• Claiming bonuses multiple times using more than one account.
• Attempting to interfere with the system through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other players.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
